Macade Jensen, P.E.
Sr. Structural Engineer
After earning a B.S. from Utah State University, Macade worked in the structural engineering industry for 2 ½ years before joining R&M Engineering Consultants’ structural division in 2013. Now he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Utah with many years in the industry. Besides structures and engineering, Macade enjoys caring for his animals on his ranch, riding horses with his family, exploring the great outdoors and metal fabrication.
Jeff Hale, P.E. S.E.
President
Jeff began his career with R&M Engineering in 2003 and was named President in 2018. He serves as the senior project manager for all structural and civil work performed. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in the State of Utah and is a Professional Engineer in multiple states. Jeff enjoys playing board games with his wife and kids, as well as camping, climbing, and woodworking.
Mike Dean, P.E.
Director of Civil Division
Mike is a Project Engineer at R&M Engineering Consultants. He has worked for R&M Engineering for 16 years and holds a professional engineering license in the state of Utah. Mike holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. Mike enjoys engineering, wood working, music and being in the mountains with his wife and children.
Meet Our Team
Mako Bennett
Interior Systems Lead
Mako started his career as an intern completing residential designs. After graduating with a B.S. from Southern Utah University, Mako joined R&M in the spring of 2023. He continued designing with us while he returned to school at Utah Sate University to obtain his M.E. Mako has successfully passed the P.E. exam and is well on his way to licensure. Mako enjoys going on walks and hikes with family, golf, swimming, and eating chips and salsa!
